RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your bracelet or merchandise.
For all the Baifu bracelets we offer a ‘14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.baifulinmen.com. You have 14 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s). For a refund, we accept Baifu bracelets with the original tags attached in the box and the bracelet(s) must not show any signs of usage or damage. As soon as the package arrives here, we will issue a full refund (minus RM10 restocking fee per bracelet). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Please note that Baifu’s custom-made products, are not required by law to offer a refund or return. However, at Baifu, we always put our customer’s satisfaction first and for that reason alone, we offer all Baifu customers ‘14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ return!

Returns
We recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email to info@baifulinmen.com regarding your return/refund, stating your order number.

International Orders, outside Malaysia, customers are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and all related delivery charges, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Please contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you to avoid unnecessary fees and taxes)
